The Ponca City RV Park is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 3 (three) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.
(When reasonable attempts to a contact a camper on site have failed and no notification by the camper to cancel their reservation has been received, the reservation charges will be charged to their card. Therefore vehicles and RV's left 48 hours with out notice and payment will be considered abandoned and will be towed off at a cost to the camper.)
In the unlikely event that you must cancel, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for any payment made toward your reservation.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.
Additional guests may be charged $10 per person per month. Additional guests are unrelated individuals to the guest holding the reservation.
Units 10 years or older are subjected to managements approval. Units 15 years or older must be approved by management. No converted camping units.
No homesteading.
Check-in: 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.
Check-out: 11:00 AM.
Any guest, on the monthly or weekly rate, is responsible for all electric usage during their stay. The guest also understands that if there is an unpaid balance, it can be charged to the guest's credit card, up to, 10 days after their checkout date. Or in the case of site rent renewal, it can be charged at that time.
Absolutely No Smoking inside any campground buildings; Dispose of cigarette butts properly.
Pets must be on a leash at all times, per City ordinance. Pets may not be left unattended and must be cleaned up after immediately. Excessive barking and or aggression will not be tolerated. Dogs need to be inside at dark.
Children: Parents should accompany their children, under 18, at all times and are responsible for their actions and safety.
Vehicles: Only one RV or trailer and one automobile per site. Extra vehicle parking available west of office. Minimal charge of $10 in some instances for parked trailers. Park vehicles on pavement or gravel only. NO PARKING/DRIVING ON GRASS.
Trash: Place all trash in a secure bag and place bag in the dumpster north of entrance/exit. Do not litter.
Disorderly conduct, drunkenness and obscene language will not be tolerated.
No oil changes or major repair work will be permitted on sites. No washing of vehicles or RVs.
Late night arrivals must register by 9 a.m. the following day.
Guests are responsible for any and all damages caused to the sites and park property.
Visitors must abide by all campground rules. Campers are responsible for their visitors.
Subletting of RVS is not allowed.
All RVs older than 10 years must be well kept and are subject to management approval.
We do not allow locals to stay without management approval.
Management reserves the right to remove any camper or guest not adhering to any of these rules.
There will be no refunds.
